Mama Bears Consignment is excited to offer vendor and sponsorship options for businesses, upcoming events, sports complexes, teams, and organizations who want to advertise or sell to the Mama Bears Consignment audience, including shoppers, consignors, social platforms, newsletters, emails, and our website. 

Mama Bears Consignment provides a unique opportunity to advertise to thousands of local moms and families. Our sponsorship packages include several ways you can promote amongst our community of fellow Mama Bears, families, ministries, and organizations. 

Mama Bears Consignment is excited to partner with you to increase the community's awareness about your business and what incredible products or services you offer to our beautiful community.

Vendors: $50 PER DAY

Vendors may choose to set up a table, booth, or pop-up tent on the walkway up to the front door. You may come and go anytime the sale is going on (and shortly before to set up). The cost for a Vendor Spot is $50 per day (3 full days of shopping), and only one industry-specific person will be allowed (i.e., one realtor, one essential oils seller, etc.) Due to spacing, we only have a FEW Vendor Slots available, so if you are interested, sign up fast! You will be responsible for having your own licensing and insurance or whatever you need to sell your items. 

Sponsors Packages:

Platinum Sponsorship Package $750

1. Premium placement on all advertising methods

2. Email Advertising: Your logo and website link are included in 2 separate emails sent to our mailing list to all registered subscribers and opted-in email addresses within four weeks of the event.

3. Shopper Hand-out Ad: Large ad space, 2" x 4" area on our full-color shopper hand-out, spread across 4 days. If you want to supply your own hand-out in addition to this one, we will gladly pass them out.

4. Website Ad: Website ad on a rotation with other gold sponsors, linked to your website, and will be on Mama Bears homepage for 6 months

5. Additional Website Ad: Largest ad with top center placement on our sponsors' page for 6 months. This includes your logo and website link.

6. Banner Placement: Displayed during all 5 days (3 shopping days, 1 drop off day, 1 pickup day) at a premium location inside our building; advertising partner must provide the banner. 

7. Facebook Advertising: A post on our Facebook page and group. It will include your business name, description, contact information, and website and your business or event will be tagged in our post.

8. Volunteer Shopping Pass: You will be given 2 volunteer shopping passes. This will allow you to shop during the volunteer shopping hours, which is the first day we open our doors for shopping! 

Gold Sponsorship Package $400

1. Shopper Hand-out Ad: Large ad space, 2" x 4" area on our full-color shopper hand-out, spread across 4 days. If you want to supply your own hand-out in addition to this one, we will gladly pass them out.

2. Website Ad: Website ad on a rotation with other gold sponsors, linked to your website, and will be on Mama Bears homepage for 6 months

3. Additional Website Ad: Largest ad with top center placement on our sponsors' page for 6 months. This includes your logo and website link.

4. Consignor Shopping Passes: You will be given 2 consignor shopping passes. This will allow you to shop when consignors get to shop.

Silver Sponsorship Package $250

1. Shopper Hand-out Ad: Large ad space, 2" x 1" area on our full-color shopper hand-out, spread across 4 days. If you want to supply your own hand-out in addition to this one, we will gladly pass them out.

2. Website Ad: Straight-line text on our sponsor page and it will include your business name, description, contact information, and website

Bronze Sponsorship Package $100

1. Shopper Hand-out Ad: Straight-line text on our full-color hand-out and it will include your business name, description, contact information, and website
