Consignor Login & Homepage
If you have been designated a consignor number for a previous sale, you can log in to your consignor portal, access your information, and register for an upcoming sale
The Consignor Portal is where consignors:
- Schedule a drop-off appointment
- Sign-up to serve with Mama Bears Consignment team—Volunteers Receive a Free Tee!
- Print barcodes/tags for your merchandise
- View estimated earnings during the sale
- View seller report
- View, edit, and add/delete all items listed in the inventory
Brief Description on Consigning:
- Register online to become a consignor; you will be given a consignor number and need to choose a drop-off appointment; appointments are optional but highly recommended for efficiency.
- Clean and hang all of your clothing items on hangers.
- Login to your Consignor Portal to add your inventory, price it and print your tags
- Attach tags to clothing and other items using safety pins or a tagging gun (inside seams please). You may use clear packing tape for books and toys. Please do not cover the barcode or your items won’t scan and we cannot sell them for you
- Drop off your merchandise at the Mama Bears Consignment Sale location on drop off day
- Pick up your unsold items on pick-up day, sorted by consignor number by Mama Bears, or allow ALL of your unsold items to be donated to charity. You can expect your check within one/two weeks after the close of the sale (We will work diligently to close out the sale and pay consignors quickly)
