Volunteer Registration

We can't wait to have you serve with us here at Mama Bears Consignment Sale this season! Our motivation behind creating Mama Bears Consign is a deep-seated desire to help those families in need, give back to the community and support local missions.

We have a few rules in place for serving with us, and these are as follows:

1. You do not have to be a consignor to volunteer with us. Please email us at info@mamabearsconsignment.com if you have any further questions.
2. Nursing Baby: If you cannot leave a nursing baby at home, we want you to be able to join us also. For safety concerns, teammates are not permitted to bring children under the age of 12 to assist, but they are allowed to bring children/babies who can be "worn" in an infant carrier the entire time! When you register online, you can select a 4-hour "Baby-Wearing" time slot to let us know you'll be bringing and wearing your child. If all of our baby-wearing appointment slots are full, please contact us, and we'll see what we can do! 
3. Please No Children Under 12: If your child is under 12 and not worn, we will have to ask that they be picked up within 30 mins of your appointment time. If your child cannot be picked up within 30 minutes, we ask that you reschedule for another time you can come without their children. Children aged 12 and up are welcome to join us as long as a parent accompanies them at all times during your shift. 

• Consignors who help for 4 hours pay Mama Bears Consignment 30% sales commission and are invited to shop before consignors. 
• Consignors who help for 8 hours pay Mama Bears Consignment 25% sales commission and are invited to shop before consignors.
